Refund policy
You have 10 days from the date of purchase or delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Refunds, Exchanges & Store Credit
Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your return will be processed in one of the following ways:
Refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to post to your original form of payment.
Store credit: issued immediately to your customer account.
Exchange: We will gladly exchange your item for one of equal value or a different item.
